Private Sessions

 

We believe that everyone’s body is unique. A private session is a great way to understand what your body needs to move differently. Setting goals and having a program designed uniquely for you can improve focus and commitment when trying to improve your physical fitness.  Whether you are starting a new program, getting back on track after an injury, or trying to improve athletic performance, you can ensure your scheduling personal goals are met by booking a private or semi-private session.​

(We highly recommend you download the Zen Planner Client app or use a computer to book  - the mobile website does not give the option to choose your instructor and only shows ALL available appointments.)

One of our teachers, Ryann Pinkerton, offers massage therapy sessions out of our studio. As a registered massage therapist and certified Stott Pilates teacher, she integrates both disciplines into her therapeutic work. The treatment space is located at the back of the studio where you have access to the massage room and all of the Pilates equipment for any therapeutic exercise purposes.
